The three facilities of Health Testing Centers in Fort Worth, Texas are part of a nationwide network of blood testing facilities. We offer low-cost, convenient and confidential blood testing to our customers. From single blood tests to comprehensive health screenings, you can order any number of tests from our website or by calling our toll-free number.
Once you have selected the blood tests you need, Health Testing Centers in Fort Worth will process your order for payment. You will receive a confirmation email when the payment is complete. The next email will be from one of our trained nurses. This email will include an attached requisition form that you must bring to the testing center location of your choice. In some cases, you will be able to complete the blood test on the same day.
There are three convenient locations in Fort Worth for you to complete the blood test. Some locations accept appointments, although one is not required. Playing the waiting game can become unnerving, especially when you are concerned about the display of symptoms. You can expect to receive your blood test results within one or two days. Receiving your results is important and you can discuss what they mean with your primary physician. He or she will be able to answer additional questions. Additionally, your physician will help you develop a treatment plan if the results indicate the presence of a medical condition.
